Do counterparties need an account?
No. They read the brief, accept your NCNDA and reply from your portal without signing up.
Who can see my book?
Only people on your desk. A brief shows what you choose to publish; your notes and margins stay on the opportunity.
What does the verified seal mean?
That the principal confirmed your mandate from a link. Inco doesn't award seals, and a desk can't give one to itself.
Can I bring my existing contacts?
Yes. Import a CSV of companies and people. Duplicates are caught and can be merged.
Does Inco send messages for me?
No. You share a brief's link however you already share things. People you invite to the desk hear when a brief goes live.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Network is free, with a desk profile, a public portal and briefs from other desks. Every new desk gets 14 days of Desk first, then stays on Network unless you choose a plan.
